The TAP™ Oval Balance Pad is made of a super-soft 2.5" thick closed-cell foam. It's perfect for a wide variety of stability drills and the economical cost makes it an ideal personal accessory.
The durable foam material with a textured surface holds its shape after repeated use. With proper use, it is an effective training tool for improving balance, posture, strength, and coordination.
The TAP™ Oval Balance Pad is ideal for barefoot training. The use of turf or field shoes with the product is not recommended. The Oval Balance Pad nominal dimensions are 16.5" X 9.25" X 2.5".
